I am a cultural, social lifeform, not a god. I cannot do acts of god. Therefore, my agents cannot claim to do the acts of any god for me.

As a resident, one of my agents is my State Government. As my agent and the agent of all residents, who are all cultural, social lifeforms not gods, our agent, my State Government, cannot do the acts of any god. My State Government is a Democracy, it can only enact and enforce the civil and criminal laws of cultural, social lifeforms.

It is the crime of Treason for my State, or Federal, Government agents to enact or enforce the laws of any god for anyone, because that action supports Theocracy the enemy of Democracy. Democracy is government by the people in which Fairness Makes Right equal protection under the law for all. In Democracies Slavery is always a crime. Theocracy, Democracy’s enemy, is government by god-voices based on the fool’s criminal belief that the Might of the imaginary experiences of god-voices Makes crime Right, including the crimes of Slavery.

My State Government’s Legislature enacted Civil Contract Laws, Community Property Laws, that instituted the terms of an economic contract for mutual domestic economic support that conveys domestic property rights between two, and no more than two, at this time, contracting parties. My State Government maintains a public registry of these State Government enacted economic Marriage Contracts.

State Government enacted economic Marriage Contracts are formed when the two parties sign the State Marriage Certificate Contract Form before a State Marriage Contract Official and two witnesses. The contract terms, being my State Government’s Community Property Laws only, are not printed on the one-page State Marriage Certificate Contract Short Form.

A subsequent sexual relationship between the two parties is not required to form a legally enforceable State Government Marriage Contract. In fact, my State Government voids as against public policy all contracts for sex. Any contract formed for the obligation of engaging in sex is legally unenforceable by my State Government. My State Government never forces sex between parties to any contract. Therefore, State Government Marriage Contracts for mutual domestic economic support cannot include as contract consideration a sexual relationship between the parties forming the State Marriage Contract.

You may say marriage is more than economic support. Marriage is more than economic support and sex, it’s total life-support. But my State Government and its agents don’t do marriage, sex, or acts of god, they do Civil Contract Laws and Civil Law Enforcement.

My State Government enacted Civil Laws that instituted a State Marriage Contract for mutual domestic economic support, the sexual relationship of the parties is not relevant. The law enforcement my State Government does is mutual asset division to resolve State Marriage Contract disputes in Annulments, Separations, or Divorces.

Again, my State Government is a Democracy. Every Democracy provides equal protection under the law to all. That equal protection includes the equal right to form economic contracts, including a State Government enacted Marriage Contract for mutual domestic economic support that conveys domestic property rights between two contracting parties, whose sexual relationship is not relevant to forming State Marriage Contracts.

State Marriage Contracts provide economic security to the parties contracting for mutual domestic economic support. Denying economic security and physical liberty is the policy of Slave Masters.

Slave Masters deny economic security and physical liberty to Slaves by denying them equal protection under the law. Slave Masters institute Limited Government with no government rights for Slaves to health care, shelter, nutrition, education, wages, reproductive physical liberty, contract rights, including State Marriage Contracts, property rights, political rights, or protection from rape, torture, murder, and child abuse.

Denying the legal right to equal protection under the law to parties to form economic contracts, including State Marriage Contracts that provide economic security, is the act of those with the low, criminal standards of Slave Masters legalizing a Slave State’s Limited Government Rights for Slaves.

You want it different? It’s not if you live in a Democracy where all have equal protection under the law to form economic contracts. Only if you live in a Slave State can Slave Masters deny the equal right to Slaves to form economic contracts, including a State Government enacted economic Marriage Contract that provides economic security.

My government agents include America’s Nine Supreme Leaders, whose agency is to enforce the laws of cultural, social lifeforms in a Democracy. Enforcing the laws of any god, including their own god, for anyone is the crime of Treason.

Soon America’s Nine Supreme Leaders will decide whether, or not, all Americans have State Governments that are Democracies in which all have equal protection under the law, with the equal right to form economic contracts, including State Government enacted economic Marriage Contracts for mutual domestic economic support between parties whose sexual relationship is not relevant because sex is never a legal consideration in contracts legally enforceable by any State Government in America.

Is the Roberts Court America’s Nine Supreme Leaders of Democracies?

No, there are treasonous Theocratic enemies of Democracy among the Supremes, who think they can enforce the laws of a god in a Democracy, and that the imaginary experiences of god-voices make the crimes of Slavery right. The Hobby Lobby decision has already enforced a god’s Slave Law denying the right to reproductive physical liberty, enforcing Slavery’s right to force breeding by denying health care, causing economic insecurity.

Do any of these Theocratic enemies think they can also enforce a god’s Slave Law denying the right to form economic contracts, including State Government Marriage Contracts that provide economic security? Do any think that instead of the United States of Democracies with equal rights under the law for all, America should become the United States of Theocratic Slave States with Limited Government Rights for Slaves to both reproductive physical liberty and to form economic contracts? If so, that will be count two for Impeachment for the crime of Theocratic Pro-Slavery Treason.
